Human Resource Consultant & Trainer
Ms. Joni-Gaye Cawley is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 17 years of experience, holding prestigious designations such as SPHR and SHRM-SCP, an MBA from the University of Wales, and a BBA from the University of Technology, Jamaica. She is also PMP certified and is pursuing an MPhil/PhD in Education. Throughout her career, Ms. Cawley has provided HR consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses while working in various high-level roles, including Group HR Manager for Amber Group and Operations Manager for DHL Jamaica Ltd. She has also held significant positions at GraceKennedy Ltd. and the International University of the Caribbean.
Ms. Cawley is an experienced trainer, presenter, and moderator, having contributed to numerous conferences and workshops. She is actively involved in several professional organizations and serves on the boards of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, HYC Medical Ltd., and Woman Inc. Specializing in recruitment, performance management, and customized training, her clients span various sectors including manufacturing, banking, education, and healthcare.
